A Simple Installer

What is it?

Using the Setup Wizard, you can have your files extracted to the recipient's system, Program Groups and shortcuts added, registration entries created, and uninstallation programs configured - all with a Setup Wizard that includes all of your own images, blue gradient splash screen with title, icons, menu and dialog with your choice of color, font and resolution.

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating a silent package that will extract files to the recipent's computer without any user prompts.

This is particularly helpful when you want files extracted to a specific location on the recipient's computer without any user interaction.

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating Shortcut Icons for the Programs Menu, Desktop, and Quick Launch Bar. This templeate doesn't copy any files to the target machine.

You can use this template to set up Shortcut Icons for quick access to CD/DVDs and Networks.

Installer with Dynamic Folder

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating an installer using a dynamic folder.

Using the Setup Wizard, you can package all files in a folder by specifying the input folder as dynamic folder.

This template is useful for creating packages without changing the script file when the contents of the package are changed.

Installer with Serial Code

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating an installer with serial code protection.

Using the Setup Wizard, you will create a locked package. A group of random numbers will be generated in a specified format. Those numbers can be exported to a text file or even imported. The setup requires the user to enter any one of the randomly generated numbers to proceed. You can also write the user-entered serial number to the registry.

Multiple-volume installer

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating a multiple-volume installer on your hard disk. The splash screen is a solid color with a title and transparent gif.

This installer will be broken up into multiple files of the size you specify. Each of the files can be copied to various media types such as floppy diskettes. You can also use the method to break up large files for easy download.

CD/DVD and Network Installer

What is it?

This template will guide you through the creation of a Setup Program that can copy files from CD/DVD or Network and configure files on a target system. The setup program will copy the files located in its home direcotory to any specified directory on the target system.
The splash screen is a gradient background.

After creating setup program, you can use any CD/DVD burner to copy the setup and the rest of your files to the CD/DVD.

Web Contol Installer

What is it?

This template will guide you through the steps to creating a CABinet file that can be silently downloaded and extracted via an HTML document over the internet.

Using CABinet files for Internet Component Download is helpful when installing new drivers and/or components on a target system in the main Windows or Windows System directory. By creating a CABinet file and an .inf file, and by inserting an OBJECT command into a web page, you can have your components downloaded and installed quickly and silently, with little user intervention. You can also add Authenticode signiatures to your package to ensure the recipients' security.
