support@filestream.com with your questions. Remember to include full details, including the version and build numbers (accessed by clicking About... on the Start page), and to attach a copy of the script file (*.adx) if possible. This is the fastest way to get a case-specific response.

If you lost the file of your licensed version...
We strongly suggest that you make a backup copy of the program file in case for any reason you need to reinstall the program. Past version files may no longer be available six months after a newer version or update is released.
If you are a current member of the Maintenance Plan, you have unlimited redownload privilege of the latest version and updates. All you have to do is to e-mail or call us and tell us that you need the file again.
If you are not a subscriber and the file is still available, we will be happy to reactivate or resend you your private download link of the version you lost for a $14.95 processing fee. Please e-mail support@filestream.com to find out if your file is still available.
